Commercial Real Estate - Certified General Appraiser

Overview We are seeking a licensed commercial real estate appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a CGRE license in NY, NJ, CT, PA, IL and/or FL. You should be comfortable working as a fee appraiser / independent contractor. You should have appraisal experience across industrial, retail and multifamily properties. Competency in land, new construction, and subdivisions is a bonus. As a fee appraiser, you earn a percentage of the assigned job fee. The opportunity is best suited for someone who can effectively work remotely and start part-time while working up to full-time at the earliest opportunity. It is best to be located in Central or Eastern time zone. Responsibilities • Competent to complete a commercial real estate appraisal • Experienced in retail, industrial and multifamily • Willing to learn other asset classes • Team oriented to collaborate across multiple assignments simultaneously • Skilled in valuation software, advanced excel and word templates • Contribute to the writing of the report • Contact clients, real estate agents, local municipalities and others to gather necessary information needed to support the appraisal work. • Mentored by lead MAI appraiser Qualifications • Licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser • Excellent written communication and analytical skills for effective financial analysis and report writing. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Collaborative style working in a small appraisal group Join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser where you will receive the guidance needed to continue to expand your competencies Job Type: Part-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
