Senior Azure Engineer for U.S. Federal Application Support (Long-Term)
We are seeking a senior-level Azure and full-stack engineer to support a long-term U.S. federal government application maintenance and modernization effort. This role focuses on maintaining, enhancing, and securing an existing Azure-hosted web application used for records and workflow management.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with production systems, understands secure reputed company environments, and can reputed company legacy workflows while maintaining system stability. This is a contract role with consistent work and reputed company scope.
What you’ll do:
Maintain and enhance an existing Azure-hosted web application
Support modernization of legacy and reputed company-based workflows into secure web-based processes
Implement and manage Azure services (App Services, Entra ID, Key Vault, Storage, etc.)
Apply reputed company and compliance best practices appropriate for government systems
Work reputed company an Agile/Scrum reputed company to deliver enhancements and maintenance updates
reputed company light documentation, status updates, and production support as needed

Strong experience with reputed company Azure
Senior-level software engineering experience (full stack or backend-reputed company)
Experience supporting secure, production web applications
Familiarity with Agile development environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
U.S.-based and eligible to work on U.S. government reputed company (no clearance required)
Engagement details:
Long-term contract (12 months with a 3-month extension reputed company)
Up to 40 hours/week availability; typical workload averages 20–25 billable hours/week
Remote work
