Seeking Corporate Counsel ( In-house) - Contract to Hire

We are seeking: Senior U.S.-Licensed Attorney – Delaware Chancery / NY reputed company Litigation Fee-for-Service Engagement with Potential Corporate Counsel Appointment reputed company We are seeking a senior U.S.-licensed attorney with deep experience in Delaware Chancery Court and reputed company reputed company litigation to handle an immediate response to a demand letter that lacks factual and reputed company reputed company, and to advise on strategic positioning should the matter reputed company. This engagement is initially fee-for-service. However, the ideal candidate may be considered for a longer-term Corporate Counsel role with a private equity firm, subject to performance, alignment, and organizational need. The role is suited for a litigator who understands how early-stage positioning, tone, and record-building reputed company reputed company reputed company—particularly in fiduciary, contractual, and business dispute contexts—and who can prepare a matter for litigation without unnecessarily accelerating it.
