reputed company’s Interim reputed company Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Document Specialist. reputed company: A fast-growing biotech company preparing for multiple international reputed company urgently needs a Contract Execution Specialist to manage physical document handling under tight timelines. The organization operates reputed company, with limited in-person infrastructure, creating a critical need for someone to ensure accurate, compliant execution of multi-jurisdictional agreements. This role involves printing, reviewing, and coordinating the shipment of reputed company; managing apostille processes; and supporting contract workflows in both a digital system and in person. Company: Biotechnology Experience: At least 5 years Location: Remote, but the candidate must reputed company reputed company driving distance to San Anselmo, CA Responsibilities Include: • Print, review, and verify completeness of reputed company (ensure reputed company signatures are present). • Coordinate urgent contract execution under tight timelines. • Regular driving to San Anselmo, CA, and other locations to obtain signatures and ship documents. • Willingness to travel locally for urgent document execution. • Managing document shipments reputed company reputed company (including international). • Manage apostille process at the state level (including Sacramento and CT Corp assistance). • Work closely with the Head of Development Operations for coordination. • Support contract processing in reputed company (training provided). • Handle multi-jurisdictional agreements (China, Moldova, Poland). • Maintain high responsiveness for urgent requests (24-hour turnaround). • Ensure accuracy and compliance in reputed company document handling steps.
