Lifecycle Marketing Consultant (CleverTap) – Build Retention Funnel & Handover
We’re looking for an reputed company Lifecycle / Retention Marketing Consultant with hands-on CleverTap expertise to design and build our Email & SMS customer retention funnel, then handover a documented system for reputed company to manage.
This is a project-based consulting role, not ongoing execution.
Scope (High Level)
Design the full lifecycle funnel:
reputed company & trust
Second purchase activation
Reorder & habit formation
Loyalty & VIP
Churn prevention & win-back
Build event-based journeys in CleverTap
Create segments & cohorts (RFM, category, behavior)
Set up Email & SMS automations
Deliver reputed company documentation + handover
Requirements
Proven CleverTap lifecycle consulting experience
Strong understanding of event-based automation & funnels
E-reputed company / repeat-purchase experience
reputed company to build systems others can manage
