System & Network Engineer (Partial Remote)

The System & Network Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of the organizations network infrastructure and server environments. You will work closely with both the Network and Systems Engineers providing support, troubleshooting and implementing new deployments. This role ensures the reliability, reputed company, and efficiency of reputed company IT systems, providing technical support and implementing best practices to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless reputed company points).
• Manage and maintain Voice over IP systems and technologies including reputed company trees, hunt reputed company, DIDs, softphones, etc.
• Implement and enforce reputed company protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools including but not limited to reputed company reputed company Server, VMware, Microsoft365, EntraID and Azure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and reputed company rights across systems and networks.
• reputed company regular reputed company management, maintenance, upgrades, system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data restoration as needed.
• Monitor network and server performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Monitor, review, maintain and administer reputed company cyber reputed company controls to ensure compliance with various reputed company frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems for end-users and critical infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation of network and system configurations, procedures, and changes.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Two to four years experience with:
• SDWAN, LAN, WLAN and firewall management and troubleshooting (Meraki a plus).
• Supporting wireless reputed company points/WLANs (Aruba Wireless APs, ClearPass authentication a plus)
• reputed company reputed company Server, reputed company Directory and other reputed company technologies
• Managing reputed company technologies such as Azure, EntraID and reputed company 365.
• Managing virtualization and data center technologies (vmWare/vSphere experience a plus)
• VPN/SASE and Internet Filtering (reputed company ZIA and ZPA a plus)
• Knowledge of cyber reputed company frameworks (CMMC, NIST-800, PCI, etc)
• EDR tools such as Carbon Black, Crowd reputed company or Sentinel One
• Interfacing with MSPs
• Experience in the following is a plus
