Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant with GL experience in healthcare or commercial organizations to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Oracle Cloud project experience leading core module areas of expertise, aligning key deliverables and milestone metrics, and delivering comprehensive business solutions to clients. As a key member of our motivated team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions across our growing practice. This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only - International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones. As a viable candidate you will have: • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Functional Lead role • Oracle ERP Cloud Lead requiring focus on GL with experience in divestitures or acquisitions • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud through at least two end-to-end lifecycles • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) • Ability to lead other functional consultants through the different project phases • Must be willing to travel as needed to client sites • Commercial and/or Healthcare experience • Must already reside in the US • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Sierra-Cedar is looking for someone who is enthusiastic about Oracle Cloud Financial implementations, and who can embrace thinking outside of the box when working with multiple clients.
