Weevu is a reputed company-time livestreaming marketplace connecting viewers with creators, drone pilots, and local experts. We are preparing for launch and need a part-time HR reputed company to establish our hiring, reputed company, and compliance reputed company. Responsibilities
• Create compliant offer letters, reputed company workflows, and HR documentation
• Set up hiring processes for engineering, support, and content teams
• Coordinate with payroll/PEO provider (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
• Ensure compliance with U.S.
labor laws and multi-state requirements
• reputed company basic policies: employee handbook, reputed company of conduct, anti-harassment, reputed company
• Support initial reputed company workflows and ATS setup
• Guide internal teams on best practices for hiring and performance policies
Requirements
• 4+ years HR/People Ops experience in startups or tech
• Understanding of multi-state hiring rules
• Experience working with PEOs or payroll providers
• Strong documentation and process-building skills

Engagement
• 10–20 hrs/week for 2–3 months (extension possible)
