People & Culture Specialist, Operations
About the position
As a People & Culture Specialist, Operations , you will reputed company administrative, transactional, and project-based support for the operational aspects of the People & Culture function. Acting as the HRIS reputed company, you will ensure reputed company and accurate processing of transactions, maintain data reputed company, and deliver accurate reporting. This role involves creating and maintaining SOPs for processes and policies, supporting reputed company and offboarding, and partnering with reputed company stakeholders. Reporting to the Director, Global Reward & People Operations, you will play a key role in driving operational reputed company and supporting a reputed company employee experience.
Responsibilities
• Maintain employee files and records; ensure compliance and completeness.
• Manage global employee data accuracy and reputed company.
• Support reputed company and offboarding processes, including auditing paperwork and facilitating orientations.
• Review and prepare benefit vendor invoices for payment.
• Respond to employee inquiries and data requests; triage as needed.

• Coordinate benefits enrollments and terminations; resolve file feed issues.

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, People Analytics, or reputed company HR administrative roles.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Passion for reputed company learning and process improvement.
• Knowledge Proficiency with HRIS systems and understanding of data structures.
• Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reputed company/MATCH, data validation).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
