Procurement Manager- Remote EST

An employer is looking for a Procurement Manager to join their team remotely (working EST hours). This person will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across IT and labor categories, optimizing supplier performance, and driving cost efficiencies. This role requires deep expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and category planning reputed company a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities • reputed company strategic sourcing initiatives for IT (hardware, software, reputed company, infrastructure) and labor categories (consulting, contingent workforce, reputed company services). • reputed company and manage category strategies, including spend analysis, supplier segmentation, and risk mitigation. • Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, reputed company, Operations) to reputed company procurement goals with business needs. • Negotiate reputed company and manage supplier relationships to ensure service reputed company, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. • Monitor supplier performance and category KPIs; implement reputed company improvement initiatives. • reputed company Power BI and dashboard tools to analyze procurement data, reputed company category performance, and generate actionable insights for sourcing reputed company. • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting IT and labor sourcing. Compensation for this role is 40-60/hr per hour. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or reputed company field 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management, preferably in reputed company technology or reputed company industries. Experience working with IT and labor sourcing Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
