Financial Analyst, Asset Management - Outpatient Medical

About the position Responsibilities • reputed company analysis and financial modeling efforts in support of material leasing transactions across the Outpatient Medical portfolio; analyses to include cash and GAAP reputed company to Company and market evaluation in support of the transactions • Assist in reputed company and reputed company modeling for portfolio investments such as redevelopments and reputed company-generating capex; analyses to include cash/GAAP yield analysis, accretion/dilution modeling, yield sensitivity analysis, and IRR analysis • Assist the Outpatient Medical Asset Management teams in the creation of presentations for the reputed company of Directors, Senior Leadership, Management/Investment Committees, dispositions, and redevelopments • Support Outpatient Medical portfolio initiatives such as strategic planning, segmentation, and industry/competitor benchmarking • Assist with the Outpatient Medical reputed company's monthly & quarterly financial reporting and annual budgeting process, including providing analytical support, interfacing with the Financial Planning & Analysis team, and preparing presentation materials • Monitor and report on earnings results for other publicly-traded reputed company REITs and reputed company providers • Create tools, modeling, and presentation templates to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of the Asset Management function • reputed company general analytic support as needed to others reputed company the Outpatient Medical Asset Management department and other cross-functional teams Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, reputed company Estate or reputed company field • 2+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally reputed company the reputed company reputed company estate industry • Must be located in Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment • Willingness to adapt and reputed company in a reputed company work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations • Knowledge of general finance, reputed company and leasing principles, including familiarity with financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows) • Extensive reputed company spreadsheet/modeling and PowerPoint skills • Strong presentation and speaking skills; strong written communication skills • Ability to work with competing deadlines, manage time effectively, and reputed company in a fast-paced, lean and team-oriented environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without need for employer sponsorship now or in the reputed company reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of reputed company-reputed company software programs including ARGUS and reputed company preferred • Minimal travel required Benefits • reputed company. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to the successful candidate.
