UAE reputed company Estate Lawyer Needed (Ras Al Khaimah) – Urgent Due Diligence - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for an reputed company UAE reputed company estate lawyer with hands-on experience in Ras Al Khaimah.
Scope of work (short & reputed company):
• Verification of land ownership and developer rights
• Review of official land documents (e.g. plot details, title deed / land allocation)
• Confirmation of project legitimacy and ability to transact
• Quick written confirmation of findings (not a full reputed company opinion)
Requirements:
• Proven experience with UAE / RAK reputed company estate transactions
• Familiar with RAK Land Department / DLD / relevant authorities
• Ability to work fast (48–72 hours)
