Fractional CFO (Canadians Only) - Contract to Hire

We’re now seeking a Fractional CFO based in Canada to join our leadership team and guide our financial strategy during this exciting growth phase. Position Overview As our Fractional CFO, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping us drive profitability, strengthen financial controls, optimize cash flow, and prepare the portfolio for sustained growth and potential investment. This is a part-time, contract-based role ideal for a seasoned financial leader with deep eCommerce and DTC experience. Key Responsibilities ~ Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across our portfolio of eCommerce brands. ~ Build and refine financial models, budgets, and cash flow projections. ~ Develop KPIs and dashboards to track profitability, marketing performance, and working capital efficiency. ~ Manage accounting operations, financial controls, and compliance with Canadian accounting standards. ~ Analyze unit economics, LTV/CAC ratios, and key performance drivers to guide strategic decisions. ~ Collaborate with the leadership team to assess investment opportunities, M&A, and new channel expansion. ~ Establish best practices in financial discipline across brands at different stages of growth.
