High-Impact Talent Acquisition Specialist Needed for a Precision Search (Santo Domingo–Based Role)
We are initiating a targeted recruitment mission to secure a single, top-tier Executive Operations Partner (EOP) or Executive Assistant–level operator located in Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.

THE PROJECT
We need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can run a full-cycle executive search and deliver ONE high-caliber operator who will handle execution, logistics, research, communications, and daily operational load for a high-performance leader.
This is not a casual hire.
This is a precision placement.
Your mandate is simple: find the person who can eliminate friction, move fast, think clearly, and take ownership.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DRIVING
1. Deep Role Diagnosis
You will capture the operating style, decision velocity, expectations, and execution standards of the environment. This becomes your master calibration.
2. Build the Operator Blueprint
You will craft the exact DNA of the ideal hire:
high cognitive bandwidth
elite English communication
structured thinking
reliable execution patterns
proactive temperament
high-integrity decision-making
ability to thrive in high-speed environments
capability to manage diverse tasks without hand-holding
Plus, clear red-flag criteria and non-negotiables.
3. Engineer a Compelling Job Post
Not a generic assistant ad.
A precision-crafted posting that attracts executive-caliber operators and filters out low-skill noise.

8. Deliver Finalists
You provide the top 2–3 candidates with:

9. Support the Final Decision
You will assist with:

Your mission ends when the operator is fully onboarded and functioning.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
Proven experience hiring for CEOs, founders, or high-execution environments
Strong ability to assess intelligence, initiative, and reliability
