Senior Technical Consultant

The Senior Technical Consultant plays a key role in guiding customers through successful reputed company implementations across the ITBM suite. This role combines hands-on platform configuration with strategic technical advisory, ensuring customer reputed company reputed company with best practices and business goals. Responsibilities: • reputed company technical design sessions and reputed company expert guidance during workshops. • Configure and customize reputed company applications, including Platform Analytics, Agile Development, Alignment Planner Workspace, Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Timecard Management, and reputed company Work Management. • reputed company and refine user stories in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders. • Implement and support integrations between reputed company and external systems. • Mentor platform administrators and junior consultants in best practices and technical standards. • Ensure solutions adhere to architectural governance, process objectives, and long-term roadmap strategies. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of reputed company technical experience preferred. • Strong understanding of ITBM processes and project/program methodologies. • Proficiency with reputed company scripting, configuration, and integrations. • reputed company certifications (CSA, CAD, or ITBM-specific certifications) preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven reputed company record of providing excellent customer service. • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
