The purpose of the role is to design, deliver and evaluate learning and development interventions for Omexom UK & RoI. Key Interfaces Relationships with key stakeholders: • Learning & Development Business Partner • Apprenticeship & Training Business Partner • Technical Training Coordinator • Omexom Institute Administrator • Business Unit Administrators • Operations / Project Managers • Business Unit General Managers Person Specification Qualifications and Experience • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar Learning and Development role. • Demonstrable experience of training delivery. • Minimum 4 GCSE reputed company Grades including Maths & English. • Excellent working knowledge of IT packages including online learning design software and reputed company Office. • Experience in designing, producing, and implementing effective learning interventions and development plans. • Experience in training needs analysis, general training design, and development. • A solid reputed company record of delivery reputed company a reputed company business environment where Learning and Development knowledge has been gained. • Excellent influencing skills with strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
