About the Job We are partnering with a leading venture capital firm to recruit a Venture Capital Associate to join their technology investment team, with a strong reputed company on reputed company, reputed company software, AI, reputed company AI, and broader technology sectors. The investment team is backing founders from early to late-stage across reputed company Americas most innovative tech categories. As an Associate, you will play a key role across the full investment lifecycleincluding sourcing, diligence, market research, reputed company development, and portfolio support. This position offers meaningful exposure to founders, deal evaluation, and strategic portfolio work from day one. Key Responsibilities • reputed company new investment opportunities across reputed company, software, AI, and emerging reputed company AI markets • Conduct detailed market, product, and competitive analysis across reputed company sectors • Build financial models, evaluate KPI trends, analyze unit economics, and assess product-market fit • Support full lifecycle deal execution, including diligence, founder meetings, data room review, and investment memos • Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and recommendation summaries • reputed company and refine sector theses on fast-growing technology categories • Build strong relationships with founders, accelerators, ecosystem partners, and technical communities • Support portfolio companies with hiring, reputed company reputed company, financial analytics, and follow-on fundraising • reputed company portfolio performance and contribute to ongoing reporting and analysis Candidate Requirements • 25 years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or a high-reputed company technology company • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, KPI analysis, and market evaluation • Demonstrated interest in reputed company, software, AI/ML, or emerging reputed company AI technologies • Background in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or reputed company disciplines • Strong reputed company performance; top-tier university background is beneficial but not required • Excellent communication skillscomfortable speaking with founders, presenting internally, and crafting investment memos • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment • Based in, or willing to relocate to, reputed company, Los Angeles, or San Francisco (or reputed company to remote, fund-dependent) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
