Agile Coach / Senior Scrum Master

Job Title: Agile Coach / Senior Scrum Master Location: US - Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead and support agile transformation across teams and departments. The Agile Coach will work with leadership, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to instill agile principles and practices, enabling high-performance delivery and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Drive Agile adoption across the organization by coaching teams, individuals, and leaders. Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and others. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and agile ceremonies to build agile capability. Work closely with leadership to align Agile practices with business goals and strategic initiatives. Guide the organization through its Agile maturity journey, identifying gaps and creating actionable roadmaps. Promote a culture of feedback, collaboration, and transparency. Evaluate and report on Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time, etc.) to measure performance and guide improvements. Assist with scaling Agile across multiple teams and departments. Support transformation programs and change management initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model, etc.). Experience in Agile transformations at the team and enterprise level. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience working in complex or regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government) is a plus. Agile certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent. Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
