Digital Designer

Aquent is seeking a graphic designer with a focus on creating digital creative assets. This is your chance to lead concept development, drive innovative digital experiences, and see your creative vision come to life across a dynamic digital platform, making a tangible impact on brand perception and consumer engagement worldwide. • *What You’ll Do:** As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the brand’s digital presence through compelling visual storytelling and flawless execution. Your work will directly impact how consumers interact with the brand online, from initial discovery to final purchase. • Execute a diverse range of digital projects, including engaging site banners, captivating emails, impactful display banner ads, detailed product pages, and optimized search engine pages. • Collaborate closely with creative leadership on digital asset production, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial concepting and presentation to pre-production, post-production, final artwork, and asset delivery. • Perform essential light-color retouching and precise image resizing on visual assets to ensure optimal quality. • Drive digital creative strategies, ensuring the consistent application of brand standards across all digital assets and aligning them seamlessly with overarching campaign visuals. • Manage multiple projects concurrently, meticulously adhering to digital production plans and timelines to guarantee timely delivery of all assets. • Deliver experienced and effective creative presentations, confidently articulating your vision to senior members of staff. • Embrace and thrive within the agile nature of business needs, adapting swiftly to evolving priorities and challenges. • *What You’ll Bring:** We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual ready to make a significant impact. • *Must-Have Qualifications:** • A self-starter with 5-10 years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on eCommerce. • Proven prior experience within either a creative agency or an in-house design team. • A solid understanding of user experience methodologies and practices. • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines. • A keen eye for clean, impactful design and the ability to execute tactical direction with precision and efficiency. • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with strong presentation design skills using Powerpoint. • A positive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges, complemented by strong cross-department communication skills. • The ability to work independently on assignments, demonstrating speed, efficiency, and strong organizational skills. • *Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** • Experience from a prestige beauty background. • Proficiency with Sketch app and/or video editing skills. The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $42.00 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
