Urgent Hiring Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Support Consultant IDuration: 6 MonthLocation: Fully remote Pay rate: $18-$19.00 hourly on W2JOB SUMMARYDescription:Location: Fully remoteSchedule:8:30am-5pm ET first 4 weeks of paid training; then will vary w/start time between 8am -11:30am ET including Sat.Experience: Beginner/Entry levelTOP (3) REQUIRED SKILLSETS:• Customer Service experience/skills• Time management /attention to detail• Communication skillsNICE TO HAVE SKILLSETS:• Science or veterinary office experience• Call center experienceADDITIONAL NOTES:Must have a quiet workspace with minimal distractions.We will provide equipment; candidates must have high speed internet and the ability to hardwire ethernet for call quality.In This Role You Will:• Provide customer support to veterinary practices and other company partners, including explaining products and services, coordinating samples, addressing billing inquiries, providing test status updates, and supporting other related needs. Support is typically provided through inbound interactions via phone and email, with consultants handling an average of 60 customer contacts per day.• Determine customer needs, research and provide solutions, coordinate with other team members as needed.• Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships.• Support quality management system and other compliance requirements.What You Need to Succeed:• High quality customer-facing interpersonal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships.• Technical record keeping management skills.• Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.• Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport.• Attention to detail.• Organized with ability to multi-task.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
