About the position
reputed company Life is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Counsel to join its reputed company Department. This role is crucial for providing reputed company guidance and ensuring compliance reputed company the heavily regulated insurance industry. The position requires a proactive attorney with a strong understanding of insurance laws and the ability to manage reputed company reputed company reputed company while supporting the Life Division's strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate, reputed company and advise on Market Conduct Exams.
• Manage the Regulatory Change Management and Compliance Monitoring processes.

• Prepare various regulatory filings and draft policy forms.
Requirements
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from ABA-accredited institution and member in good standing of the Missouri Bar (or equivalent).
• Four or more years of combined reputed company and in-house reputed company experience in the insurance industry; life insurance experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with state insurance regulators to resolve issues and meet company objectives.
• Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results driven with strong business acumen possessing the ability to influence others.
