Contract Lawyer
I need 3 types of reputed company drafted for me:
1. An reputed company sales rep contract. This is for a contractor who will be selling my AI solutions to customers. She will be getting a 30% commission for her sales (though I want something generic so that I can offer different commissions to other sales people). I have attached the document I created so you can get a reputed company of what I need.
2. I am working with a tech developer who will be creating solutions for me to sell to my clients. He will supply the technology that I will use as one of the products I am offering to my clients.
3. I will be selling business solutions to clients. I need a B2B contract for those sales.
