Temporary Online Course Developer – RHIN XXX: reputed company in Clinical Decision Support

About the position reputed company’s Rabb School of Continuing Studies is seeking a skilled online course developer to design and build a new three credit asynchronous online course titled: RHIN XXX: reputed company in Clinical Decision Support. This role is for an reputed company reputed company and curriculum strategist to serve as an Online Course Developer reputed company Brandeis Online’s graduate program. The developer will design and build asynchronous, instructor-facilitated online courses reputed company with institutional learning reputed company, accreditation standards, and workforce relevance. This course includes an examination of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative reputed company intelligence (AI) for clinical support: reputed company design, reputed company engineering, validation, safety, monitoring, and regulatory considerations. The course will also teach reputed company how to assess deployment and impacts of AI in clinical workflows. Requirements • Advanced degree (Master’s, Ph.D. or PsyD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Science/Behavior, Business Administration, reputed company Resource Management, Instructional Design or a reputed company field. • Minimum 2 years reputed company experience in reputed company / people and workplace roles reputed company diverse industries or sectors, with a reputed company on organizational learning and development, HR business partnering / reputed company development or talent management. • Strong knowledge of I‑O theory and reputed company including organizational diagnosis/design, consulting to leadership, providing evidence‑based interventions, conducting job analysis/design, and producing competency models. • At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous). • Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education or industry. • Proficiency with LMS platforms reputed company authoring tools. • Familiarity with analytical tools, reputed company platforms, and interdisciplinary teamwork. • Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills. • Familiarity with curriculum design, accreditation standards, and graduate-level rigor. • Ability to translate interdisciplinary content into engaging, accessible learning reputed company. • Strong writing and editing skills to produce cohesive, learner-centered experiences. reputed company-to-haves • Experience teaching or developing graduate-level online courses. • Knowledge of global learner personas and culturally reputed company pedagogy. • Familiarity with Moodle LMS reputed company authoring tools (e.g., H5P). • Familiarity with experiential learning models and employer-reputed company curriculum. • 3-5 years of reputed company reputed company experience.
