Our work matters here and we will do whatever is required to accomplish our mission of helping the great people in this industry. ‍ What's in it for you? • Full-time, fully remote (US) • Salary range: $45,000–$55,000 (experience dependent) • Uncapped PTO (within reason) ‍ About the Role As a Data & Systems Analyst at Legacy Farmer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Systems Manager by managing data integrity, optimizing CRM (HubSpot) workflows, and maintaining key reporting systems. You’ll work across multiple teams—sales, marketing, coaching, and operations—to ensure data flows smoothly, automations run effectively, and reports provide clear insights to guide business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving system efficiencies, and turning data into actionable information that helps the company operate smarter and grow stronger. ‍ Responsibilities • Build dashboards that track sales, marketing, and customer success performance • Support and maintain HubSpot workflows, lifecycle automations, and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Monitor key performance metrics • Perform regular data quality checks and data cleanup to ensure accuracy • Troubleshoot CRM and reporting issues that may hinder team execution • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from cross-functional teams • Assist the Business Systems Manager with broader systems, reporting projects, and process documentation including SOP creation and updates ‍ ‍ Experience and Qualifications Required: • Experience working inside a CRM like HubSpot, including workflows and automations • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Databox, Google Data Studio, or Cometly • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail • Ability to simplify complex data and communicate findings clearly • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment • Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented • Proven track record of being a high performer who consistently delivers quality results • Bonus: Background in sales or marketing operations and a passion for supporting the farming industry ‍ Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
