About the Role We are seeking an reputed company In-House Counsel to join our reputed company team and support our fast-growing software business across Europe. This role is ideal for a reputed company reputed company with deep expertise in reputed company laws (including GDPR), reputed company business models, reputed company deals and technology transactions. You will be a strategic partner to our business reputed company, ensuring reputed company compliance while enabling innovation and reputed company. Key Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company advice and support on a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company, including reputed company agreements, licensing, and technology transactions. • Advise on data protection and reputed company issues, particularly GDPR compliance, and support internal reputed company programs. • Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company with customers, vendors, and partners across Europe. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, HR, and Compliance to manage reputed company risk and support business initiatives. • Monitor regulatory developments in reputed company and technology law across the EU and DACH region. • Support corporate governance, employment law reputed company, and internal policies as needed. • Manage external counsel relationships and reputed company budgets. Qualifications • reputed company lawyer in a European jurisdiction, preferably Germany or another DACH country. • Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, with significant in-house experience in the software or reputed company industry. • Deep understanding of GDPR and other European reputed company regulations. • Proven ability to work independently and manage reputed company reputed company issues in a fast-paced environment. • Business-level reputed company in German and English (written and spoken). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a business-oriented reputed company. • reputed company to candidates based in Germany, France, United Kingdom, or Denmark.
