Meta Ads Specialist for Coaching Industry (10hr/Week - $1,000/month)

We specifically support business owners who want to grow their monthly recurring revenue and launches. ✨ |ABOUT THE OFFER| Holistic Ads helps Coaches and Course Creators run lead generation and sales campaigns for evergreen funnels and live launches. ✨ |YOUR ROLE| We are looking to hire a genius, confident, experienced ad strategist for the agency's ad management retainer service. As a company, we aim to grow Holistic Ads with more clients and further solidify our brand as the Industry Standard Ads Management Agency. We are laying the groundwork now to do so. This goal will require assistance with our client's ad management. We’re hiring a Meta Ads Delivery Assistant to support campaign creation, optimization, and reporting. We are seeking your help with growing the efforts of our agency and maintaining the general ongoing services of the company. You must have experience with Meta Ads Management in your business and feel comfortable learning and applying our unique philosophies with clients. This position requires: → Availability for daily internal team communications → Availability for weekly, monthly, and quarterly team and client calls → Availability to write a large quantity of ads for up to 5 clients a month, averaging 10 hours a month per client → This is a contractor role for $25/hour starting at 40 hours per month (10 hours/week - $1000/month). Assisting our clients at a baseline will look like this: ONGOING TASKS: → Develops and implements messaging and ad campaign strategies for the client's offers. → Designs social media assets such as feed posts, stories, and reels for Meta Ads in alignment with the client's brand and preferences. → Writes ad copy, hooks, and headlines in the client's voice. → Analyzes campaigns and repurposes high-converting ads into new ad creative → Produces quality work, even on short notice. The work never seems sloppy, rushed, or missed details that have clearly been outlined → Scheduling ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager → Optimizes ad campaigns daily to ensure the client's ROAS goals are being met → Installing pixels and conversion events in various website platforms → Reviews and responds to client feedback within 24 business hours → Reporting on funnel sales and optimizations → Researching Targeting Audiences → Attending company and client team meetings → Being responsible for ad conversions (a minimum of double their investment) → Monthly reporting using Looker Studio PROJECT-BASED TASKS: → Assisting with building SOPs as you work → Assisting with agency projects → Provide coverage as needed ✨ To paint the picture of a ~potential~ work week for you: → You log into each client's Meta Ads account, into their client profile, and into their checkout platforms to monitor daily campaign optimizations and make strategic updates as needed. → You check to see if there are any updates, and you receive a new campaign request. You write 10 ads and create 10 images for the client within 72 hours to present to the CEO, team, and the client. → You receive feedback from a client, make the updates, and schedule the ads to go live the next day. → A client is in the middle of a launch and needs to increase conversions, so you create 10 new ads in real-time to ensure they get an ROAS from our services. → We onboard a new client, and you research the targeting audiences for their offers using our framework. → Once a month, log into Looker Studio and create the client's monthly report from the template we give you. ✨ Note: We will train you in our specific frameworks so you can achieve all client work in this time frame. |WORK EXPECTATIONS| → This is a contracted role with a flexible schedule and weekly deadlines for all clients. → This is a remote position that requires availability during our business hours from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm Los Angeles Time, with a 24-hour response time. → You are expected to have a strong internet connection and a quiet place to take calls. → This role starts at 10 hours a week, no more than 40 hours a month. → This is a contracted role, 40 hours a month for $1,000/month |CANDIDATE PREFERENCES| We prefer at least 60% of these skills from our candidates, but you're welcome to apply even if you do not meet the requirements, but have strong writing experience: ☑️ Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager ☑️ Experience with Designing Ad Images & Videos ☑️ Experience with Writing Ad Copy ☑️ Experience with API conversion setup ☑️ Experience with Scheduling and Optimizing Campaigns ☑️ Experience with delivering an ROAS from Meta Ads (for yourself or others) ☑️ Experience with Ad Strategy ☑️ Knowledge of Meta Business Suite ☑️ Knowledge of Airtable ☑️ Experience with Funnel Building & Optimization ☑️ Knowledge of Email Marketing Software ☑️ Knowledge of the Online Course & Coaching Industry ☑️ Knowledge of G-Suite ☑️ Knowledge of Zapier ☑️ Knowledge of Canva ☑️ Knowledge of ChatGPT |APPLICATION PROCESS| → Is this a role you can see yourself loving?
