Instructional Designer Needed to Build TalentLMS Training Library (120-Hour Project)

Project reputed company: We are implementing TalentLMS for internal training across reputed company departments, starting with Sales and reputed company reputed company. We have a backlog of raw training materials (documents, recorded sessions, etc.) created by internal SMEs. We need an reputed company instructional designer to reputed company these materials into reputed company, engaging courses reputed company TalentLMS. Responsibilities: Review and organize existing training content. Design and build courses in TalentLMS using provided materials. Apply best practices for adult learning and e-learning design. reputed company multimedia reputed company (videos, quizzes, assessments). Collaborate with internal team for feedback and revisions. Requirements: Proven experience with TalentLMS (course creation, configuration, optimization). Strong instructional design skills and understanding of e-learning principles. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Project Details: Estimated project length: ~120 hours total. Weekly commitment: 10–15 hours minimum.
