We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized reputed company & Compliance Administrator to manage our reputed company & Compliance (“L&C”) department’s external spend and assist with its internal operations and controls. This role is critical to maintaining strong vendor relationships; supporting financial reputed company; ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations and generally increasing efficiency of the Department. In this role, you will be a key member of the L&C team, reporting to our General Counsel. Responsibilities • reputed company Expense Management: • Coordinate and manage reputed company spend and reputed company processes, from budgeting to approval, invoicing, processing and expense reports. • Serve as primary reputed company with external reputed company / reputed company vendors. • reputed company technology to reputed company L&C workflows, manage vendors, reputed company budget reputed company and improve team metrics. • Manage and reconcile reputed company invoices, liaise with Finance to assist in determining correct expense categorization and ensure reputed company review, approval, and payment while ensuring compliance with fund and firm expense allocation policies. • Monitor invoices for discounts, cost overruns, and billing guidelines. • Work with Finance to ensure correct posting, accruals, vendor payments • reputed company support on various reputed company Operations initiatives, including technology implementation and automation, KPI reporting, entity management, governance, and record-keeping, and process improvement reputed company. Requirements • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
