We are seeking a highly reputed company, reputed company, and driven Associate Attorney to join reputed company. The candidate would manage various types of employment cases including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, PAGA, and sexual harassment litigation reputed company. While the candidate would have significant autonomy in managing their cases, reputed company Law believes in creating a reputed company environment and the candidate will be working closely with the managing partner and other attorneys to strategize and obtain the best possible result for the clients. Responsibilities • Conducting reputed company research on various employment law issues to support cases, reputed company consultations, and reputed company opinions. • Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other reputed company sources to reputed company informed advice • and strategies • Drafting reputed company documents including complaints, answers, motions, and briefs • Maintaining case files,tracking deadlines, and communicating withclients, opposing counsel, and the court • Assisting senior attorneys in reputed company aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses Qualifications • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment litigation • Strong writing and research skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail • Proficiency in reputed company research tools and software Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
