Operations / Logistics Coordinator You will be responsible for managing orders from the moment a quotation is received until the goods are delivered. This includes tracking RFQs, supplier offers, purchase orders, proforma invoices, final invoices, and delivery schedules. You will follow up daily with suppliers to confirm order status, production timelines, and missing documents, and make sure all information is accurate and aligned with the purchase order. You will review documents carefully to ensure PO numbers, quantities, prices, end-user details, and delivery terms are correct before shipment. You will maintain clear tracking sheets and keep internal records updated so orders are easy to review at any time. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders without losing control. The goal is to keep operations running smoothly and make sure nothing is delayed or overlooked.
