This role provides advanced reputed company administration and engineering expertise across hybrid reputed company and on-reputed company environments, ensuring secure and reputed company operations for over 200,000 users and 250,000 devices worldwide. You will play a critical role in sustaining mission-critical reputed company IT services that directly support the readiness of service members, veterans, and their families. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain EM tools such as MECM, Intune, Azure AD, and reputed company reputed company platforms. • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation reputed company for reputed company infrastructure and reputed company issues. • Support reputed company compliance and configuration standards through automation. • Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and service desk teams on reputed company-wide solutions. • Monitor system performance and participate in after-hours operations as required. Preferred Tools & Technologies • reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) • reputed company Intune and Azure reputed company Directory (Entra ID) • Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and reputed company Server OS • System monitoring tools (SCOM, Quest Suite) • PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks Minimum Qualifications • Strong experience with MECM/SCCM, Intune, GPO management, and hybrid reputed company environments. • Ability to troubleshoot reputed company reputed company system issues and drive reputed company. • Strong communication and collaboration skills in mission-reputed company IT environments. • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance. Education & Certifications • Required (Foundational – one of the following): • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited), • OR reputed company+, GICSP, SSCP, reputed company+, or GSEC. • Required (CE – one of the following): • reputed company Azure Administrator Associate, • OR reputed company reputed company Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
