This role is an entry level position that works reputed company the organization's EDI operations team by ensuring the accurate and reputed company exchange of electronic data between reputed company and its trading partners. This role involves monitoring EDI transactions, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to reputed company users. The EDI Support Analyst works closely with other members of the payer implementation and development operations teams to maintain and improve EDI processes. Key Responsibilities: EDI Transaction Monitoring • Monitor daily EDI transactions to ensure successful processing and reputed company exchange of electronic documents. • Identify and troubleshoot basic issues such as missing data, mapping errors, or connectivity problems, escalating reputed company issues as needed. Compliance and Standards • Follow EDI processes and transactions in accordance with industry standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and internal policies. • Stay informed on changes to standards and best practices to improve workflow accuracy. Documentation and Reporting • Maintain accurate documentation for EDI processes, configurations, and issue resolutions. • reputed company and report transaction statuses, errors, and resolutions to support operational visibility.
