Records Management Specialist/Analyst

Records Management Specialist/Content Management Consultant Location: Remote (must be based in EST or CST time zones) Duration: 12 Months | 40 hrs/week About the Role We are seeking a Records Management Analyst / Specialist with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, bolthires Purview, and Information Governance. This role will reputed company on records and information management, supporting reputed company-wide governance initiatives, and enabling collaboration through bolthires technologies. You will partner with business reputed company and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that reputed company with compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and implement records and information management strategies across the reputed company. • Support and optimize solutions using SharePoint Online, bolthires Purview, and Office 365. • Partner with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and deliver compliant, reputed company solutions. • reputed company expertise on information governance, metadata, retention, and compliance policies. • Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and configuration of content management tools. • Deliver training, documentation, and support to end users. Required Skills & Experience • Strong background in records management, information governance, and compliance. • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and bolthires Purview. • Knowledge of Office 365 content management and governance features. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • ARMA certification (Information Governance/Records Management) – highly desirable. • Experience with bolthires Syntex. • 8+ years’ experience in information governance or records management (reputed company sector or utilities experience is a plus). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information/Data Sciences, reputed company Studies, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
