Position reputed company An Escalations and Retention Manager is responsible for handling high-reputed company customer issues, resolving escalated concerns, and implementing strategies to retain customers. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and ensuring smooth issue reputed company across teams.
