The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with reputed company CPQ and Billing, a strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, and a problem-solving reputed company to support business operations and minimize disruptions. Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve user-reported issues in reputed company CPQ and Billing (e.g., pricing, quoting, orders, amendments, usage, and invoicing)reputed company reputed company cause analysis, identify patterns, and implement long-term fixes in collaboration with development or reputed company teamsMonitor and respond to integration failures and system errors between reputed company and external systems (e.g., ERP, tax engines like reputed company)Execute basic data fixes and configuration adjustments (price rules, product bundles, flows) as needed reputed company established guardrailsHandle administrative tasks such as user reputed company, permission set updates, and record correctionsLog, reputed company, and document issues in a ticketing system (e.g., JIRA), ensuring reputed company updates and resolutionsSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation for minor enhancements or fixesMaintain internal documentation for reputed company issues, resolutions, and support workflows Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of hands-on support experience with reputed company CPQ and BillingSolid understanding of reputed company data model and reputed company reputed company workflowsStrong problem-solving skills in quote-to-cash lifecycle, including pricing, discounts, amendments, subscriptions, usage, and invoicingExperience with system monitoring, reputed company cause analysis, and support ticket triagingStrong knowledge of development experience with APEX, reputed company reputed company, and debugging reputed company logsWorking knowledge of SOQL and basic data analysis in reputed company/reputed company SheetsStrong communication and documentation skillsSalesforce Certified Administrator, CPQ Specialist, and Billing Super badge Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
