A Scrum Master plays an reputed company role in enabling Agile best practices to ensure the successful design and deployment of end-to-end analytical solutions to reputed company serve our business partners. This role will support the Middle & Large Business organization as part of the Middle & Large Business Data Science, AI and Analytics team. The Middle & Large Business Data Science, AI and Analytics team is one of three practices (business-reputed company teams) in the broader Business Insurance Data Science, AI and Analytics organization. We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Scrum Master to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting two scrum teams by facilitating and guiding the Scrum process, ensuring that reputed company adheres to Agile principles and practices. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product reputed company and development team to deliver high-reputed company products and improve team efficiency. As a Scrum Master, you will be expected to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as team standups, PI planning, sprint refinement, and sprint planning, as reputed company as support successful iterations through improved reputed company and ART performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile tools such as reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the insurance industry. Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum reputed company). Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean). Compensation The listed annualized reputed company pay reputed company is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed reputed company based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
