Structural Engineer-Remote Opportunity

Hiring for a Structural Engineer! This person can sit 100% remotely if they have their P.E. Licensed in either Ohio or if they have the license in another state and will become licensed in Ohio. Seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join a rapidly growing design group based in Northwest Ohio. This position is open to remote candidates and primarily involves facilities design using AutoCAD and RISA software. This company is trying to tackle a large 10 year project and continue to meet the needs of other clients. They need to take some stress off of their team leads by adding someone who can be independent in their designs and code reviews. Responsibilities • Check drawings and lead design teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency • Contribute to the creation of construction documents and structural designs Required: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial facilities design • Proficiency in AutoCAD and RISA 3D software • Must have a PE licensure • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sidney, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
