Training Consultant – Dermatological Skincare Framework & Decks

Hi there! We’re looking for an experienced training consultant to help us build a structured training framework and create engaging training presentations for our professional skincare and aesthetics customers. About Us We’re Ferndale Pharma, part of the Ferndale Pharma Group — a family of healthcare companies — and the exclusive UK partner for Cantabria Labs. We’re passionate about skin health, beauty, and well-being, and our vision is to be the best possible provider of niche topical medical and dermatological skincare products to professionals and consumers. What We Need We already have strong product and brand materials — what we’re missing is a clear, consistent training structure that ensures our account managers can deliver professional, engaging education across multiple brands. You’ll help us: Design a scalable training framework (levels, structure, and format). Create one sample training presentation (PowerPoint or similar) based on that framework. Make learning engaging and practical with clear objectives, key takeaways, and interactive elements. Provide guidance or templates we can reuse for future training. The First Project Start by reviewing what we currently have, recommending a simple but effective training framework, and then developing the first deck to test it. If successful, there’s scope for ongoing work across other brands. Who You Are Experienced in training design, learning and educational development. Ideally with a background in skincare, aesthetics, pharma, or beauty. Great at turning complex info into clear, engaging learning. Collaborative, flexible, and open to feedback. Confident advising on both framework and content. Timing & Budget We’re flexible — ideally, the framework and first deck would be ready in 4–6 weeks.
