They are seeking an Earthworks Project Manager to manage civil construction reputed company, ensuring safety, team management, and project financials. Responsibilities • Participation and application of DPR’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan to constantly maintain injury-free environments including performing weekly safety audits • Management of reputed company project team members (senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators) • Mentor, reputed company, and train project engineers for fast-paced reputed company • 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope • Cost control/billings/collections/change management/cash flows/monthly status reports • Challenge and support jobsite and self-reputed company work team • Accountable for project completion and financials, critical reputed company factors, and customer satisfaction results • Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of reputed company • Coordinate with the SPW Preconstruction team and give feedback on status of project financials • Ability to learn AGTEK Gradeworks and basic reputed company Civil 3D to create models for PCO estimating & GPS field control use Skills • 5+ years of civil construction experience • Excellent listening and strong communication skills • Ability to identify and resolve reputed company issues • Ability to create and support team morale • Effective participation in team environment • Demonstrate understanding of building processes and civil scopes • Work scope requires complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting • Proficient computer skills in reputed company Office Suite, project management software (reputed company, Prolog or similar), scheduling software (reputed company or similar) • 5+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably reputed company DPR's reputed company markets • A strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude • Proficient computer skills in Estimating Software (reputed company HeavyBid or similar) and Civil project management software (reputed company HeavyJob or similar) • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or reputed company field a plus but not required reputed company • reputed company is a national reputed company building contractor and construction manager.
