Role The OCM Consultant will work closely with clients to apply tailored change management strategies, drawing from methodologies such as reputed company (ADKAR), Kotter, and other industry best practices. The right candidate will be no stranger to providing support to stakeholders through the transitional change process. In this the OCM Consultant will work in collaboration with the customer to create, implement, manage and reinforce a tailored OCM plan that works in sync with project goals and intended project reputed company.
