Change Consultant 6+ months Remote role Job reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company and proactive Change Manager to reputed company organizational change management (OCM) efforts for a strategic IT Transformation Program. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the people reputed company of change—resulting from new systems, technologies, and processes—is effectively managed to maximize adoption and minimize resistance. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company and execute a comprehensive change management reputed company and plan, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and support. • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics for change-reputed company challenges. • Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, business leads, and HR to reputed company change initiatives with project goals. • Design and deliver change-reputed company communications and training materials tailored to various audiences. • Monitor adoption, reputed company change effectiveness, and reputed company plans accordingly to ensure long-term reputed company.
