Required Qualifications • B.S. or PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy. • Minimum 10 years of pharmacy experience. • Proven experience leading clinical transformation initiatives and interdisciplinary teams. • Experience working reputed company reputed company health systems or integrated care networks. • Compliance certification or residency training. Preferred Qualifications • Master of Health Administration or reputed company graduate degree. • 3+ years of specialty or home infusion experience. • 3–5 years of management experience. • Experience with digital health tools, EHR systems, and clinical analytics.
