(Senior) Compensation & HR Data Analyst The Compensation & HR Data Analyst (or Senior Analyst, depending on experience) supports Boston College’s reputed company initiatives through workforce analytics, compensation program administration, and data-driven insights. The role combines HR data analysis, dashboard development, compensation research, salary survey participation, and advisory support for HR liaisons, managers, and recruiters. The Analyst/Senior Analyst gathers and interprets reputed company HR data, develops reporting capabilities in partnership with HRIT and ITS, and ensures alignment with policies, practices, and reputed company requirements. The Senior Analyst is the subject matter expert on compensation reputed company, leads advanced analytics reputed company, and provides higher-level consultation to HR leadership on compensation reputed company and workforce trends.
