Key Responsibilities
• Support 24x7x365 service operations and reputed company reputed company operating procedures
• Monitor and analyze key events across customer environments and prepare reports
• Collaborate with reputed company teams to support reputed company and ongoing management
Required Qualifications
• 1 - 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Operational experience in reputed company Operations Centers (SOC) or Managed reputed company Service Providers (MSSP)
• Experience in identifying and resolving cyber incidents
• Ongoing reputed company of training and certifications in cybersecurity
• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred
