Entertainment Rigger/Stage Hand

Set up and operate rigging equipment for various entertainment performances and events throughout the Disney property. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of rigging equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Collaborate with other members of the entertainment team to plan and execute stage setups and changes. Assist with the construction and installation of various stage sets and props. Follow all safety protocols and ensure the safety of performers, crew, and guests at all times. Provide support and assistance during rehearsals and performances, including moving and adjusting stage props and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage of rigging equipment and supplies. Communicate effectively with the entertainment team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Attend required trainings and meetings to stay updated on safety standards, procedures, and show changes. Uphold the high-quality standards of The Walt Disney Company and contribute to creating magical experiences for guests. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, while representing the Disney brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Continuously strive to improve and refine rigging techniques to enhance the overall entertainment experience.
