Documentation Control Specialist

About the position The Document Control Specialist will play a vital role in managing and uploading documents into the Quality Management System (QMS) at Actalent. This position is essential for ensuring that all documentation adheres to regulatory standards and supports the company's commitment to quality. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks and collaboration with the quality team, primarily conducted in a remote setting with occasional office visits. Responsibilities • Stand up the new QMS being implemented. • Manage and upload documents into the QMS. • Handle configurations and set up users. • Upload over 2,000 documents. • Review and edit/redline documents. • Add and implement training protocols and procedures. Requirements • Document control experience (3+ years). • Quality assurance experience. • Experience within the medical device industry (3+ years). • QMS experience. • Experience with CAPA, quality control, and training materials. Nice-to-haves • Experience with CAPAs, non-conformances, and change management events. • Experience implementing and conducting training.
