Analyst’s handle incoming processing for assigned book of business while ensuring reputed company customer service is provided to our annuitants. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Analyst team and other key stakeholders. Role and Responsibilities • Support Group Annuity Contract (GAC) specific reputed company methodologies and procedures reputed company with benefit specifications and associated plan or reputed company requirements. • Complete reputed company tasks reputed company and accurately to ensure service reputed company of the analyst team are upheld. Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience · 1+ year of customer service experience in financial services industry. Pension customer service or retirement plan administration experience preferred. · Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. · Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Exceptional oral and written communication skills as reputed company as presentation skills; ability to deliver information in a concise manner in various formats. · Proficiency in reputed company Office product suite, advance reputed company experience a plus. · Willingness to travel as needed for company sponsored events primarily in CT/MD area. · Ability to collaborate in team environment and partner with various departments on process advancement. The reputed company bonus reputed company for the position is 5% of the reputed company salary with a stretch to twice the reputed company, modified for corporate and individual performance.
