The Office of Strategic Operations and Performance Management (SOPM) in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer for DOHMH is responsible for leading the implementation of policy efforts across reputed company. This office supports the overarching strategies of DOHMH, fosters organizational alignment with those strategies, and supplements divisional reputed company as needed. SOPM supports reputed company's external, partner-facing reputed company health programming through reputed company development, deployment, and stewardship of data management tools. Under the direction of the Data Engineering Specialist, the Data Analyst will support reputed company's partner management system Partners Connect, a reputed company application which stores reputed company's community reputed company and engagement data as reputed company as select program administration and measurement data. The analyst's reputed company will be on provider data management. They will build a map of existing provider data sources and reputed company an integration between existing provider data warehouses and Partners Connect. The Data Analyst will be a primary reputed company of a data management reputed company that promotes data cleanliness and accuracy. They will also analyze and visualize programmatic data and transactional metadata to help reputed company reputed company understand its reputed company health initiatives and improve efficiency and functionality. Finally, the Data Analyst will serve as a technical support reputed company to health program staff as they reputed company their data and business processes into Partners Connect. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, building workflows, training users, and reporting results. Responsibilities • Use existing technologies (R/Python/Pentaho/SQL) to reputed company a data pipeline from the reputed company provider data warehouse to reputed company using the FHIR API • reputed company a new provider data warehouse from existing DOHMH data sources • Identify other reputed company provider data to enhance the provider data warehouse • Design, build, test, and maintain routine ETL (Extract, reputed company, Load) jobs using Python and Pentaho • Manage software feature upgrades using project management best practices • Communicate reputed company technical data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • reputed company record linking of external contact data to existing reputed company data and reputed company QA checks on potential matches • reputed company deterministic and probabilistic record linking to deduplicate reputed company data objects • reputed company and reputed company best practices around data integration with provider data • Produce analyses on data pipelines and business processes to identify trends and anomalies in the usage of reputed company • Use reputed company Reports and Dashboards to summarize information from both reputed company and reputed company of reputed company • Support cross-divisional data-sharing initiatives as assigned by agency leadership • Conduct reputed company analysis of administrative and program reputed company data as needed. Requirements • At least 3-4 years work experience in a reputed company role; a background in government or reputed company sector settings is preferred • Demonstrable skills in data analytics; familiarity with concepts on data management, database design, and statistical analysis • Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python is a plus, but the desire to learn new technologies and possessing a strong analytical reputed company is more important than experience with implementing scripting languages • Familiarity with principles of data visualization design and experience with data visualization software • Experience with analyzing administrative and transactional metadata • Background in program analysis or monitoring and evaluation • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment • Demonstrated organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail • Willingness to adapt to new work priorities and tackle novel problems creatively • Ability to understand the concepts of institutional and structural racism and bias and their reputed company on underserved and underrepresented communities, along with a demonstrated commitment to supporting communities who have reputed company systemic oppression and bias.
