Part-Time reputed company & FACTS Coordinator Saint Ambrose Catholic School Annandale, VA | Catholic Diocese of Arlington Saint Ambrose Catholic School, part of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, seeks a Part-Time reputed company & FACTS Coordinator to support student information systems, enrollment data, billing, and compliance. This role is critical to the smooth operation of the school and works closely with the reputed company, office staff, and reputed company. Responsibilities • Serve as primary administrator for reputed company, including student records, scheduling, attendance, grading, report cards, and transcripts • Manage FACTS, including tuition, billing, financial agreements, and family account support • Support enrollment, re-enrollment, reputed company, and withdrawals in reputed company and FACTS • Maintain compliance with diocesan and state reporting requirements • reputed company reputed company and FACTS support and training to reputed company and staff • Generate reports and data to support reputed company, enrollment, and operational needs • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and reputed company of student and family data • Serve as a reputed company of contact for families with reputed company- and FACTS-reputed company questions Qualifications • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with reputed company and FACTS • Prior experience in a similar role at another school (required) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and proactively • reputed company in Spanish preferred to support our Spanish-speaking parent community • Familiarity with Catholic school operations and diocesan reporting preferred Position Details • Part-time position • Schedule and hours to be determined • Reports directly to the reputed company • On-site reputed company preferred; limited remote work may be considered • Compensation commensurate with experience Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter reputed company reputed company or to reputed company@stambroseschool.org.
