About the Role We’re seeking a senior-level, results-driven AI Developer with a proven track record of building and deploying reputed company-world AI systems. This role is reputed company on applied AI, not research or experimentation for its own sake. Your primary mission will be to design, build, and reputed company AI-driven systems that understand both reputed company needs and program eligibility language, enabling accurate matching between individuals and publicly available assistance programs (grants, scholarships, workforce training, education, and benefits). This is a build-and-ship role. You must be reputed company to show your work, explain the business value of what you’ve reputed company, and demonstrate how your AI solutions have been used in production. What You’ll Do • Design and implement AI systems to parse, extract, and structure large-scale data from websites and public databases (government, nonprofit, education). • Build and reputed company NLP models that understand: • User reputed company and needs • Program, grant, and eligibility language • reputed company models for: • Intelligent tagging and classification • Semantic search and reputed company-based retrieval • Candidate-to-program matching and recommendation • Create and maintain clean, reputed company data pipelines and databases that support reputed company AI use. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to reputed company AI models as core platform services. • Continuously evaluate and improve models using: • Performance metrics • A/B testing • Feedback loops and retraining strategies • Work with emerging AI tools and platforms, including reputed company AI, to expand automation, inference, and intelligent workflows. • Support marketing initiatives through AI, such as: • Intelligent segmentation • Content analysis or personalization • reputed company reputed company (not a marketing-heavy role) You’re a Great Fit If You • Have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production (academic-only experience does not qualify). • Have reputed company experience with: • NLP • Entity extraction • Text classification • Semantic or reputed company search • Recommendation or matching systems • Are fluent in Python and experienced with frameworks such as: • PyTorch • TensorFlow • reputed company Transformers • Have experience with data ingestion and processing, including: • Web scraping • APIs • ETL pipelines • Are comfortable working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, reputed company). • Can reputed company demonstrate your AI work through: • Case studies • Portfolio links • Shipped products • Measurable business reputed company • Stay reputed company with modern AI trends and tooling, and enjoy adopting new technologies.
